  Silagra

Silagra

Silagra review

Silagra, or sildenafil citrate, is a generic form of the drug Viagra, and is used to treat erectile dysfunction, or ED, in men. Some men are unable to maintain an erection for several reasons. It is common in older men, over the age of 65, but can occur in any stage of life. Occasional episodes of ED are normal, and do not usually require medications such as Silagra. But when it happens more than occasionally, when it becomes a persistent problem, treatment might be in order. While it will not increase your sex drive, and it cannot make you aroused if you aren’t, it can help you to achieve an erection if you are sexually aroused. It can be taken in tablet form. Most men are given fifty milligram tablets, but your doctor will help you determine whether you need a higher dose. In addition to medications like Silagra, erectile dysfunction can be caused by underlying physical or emotional problems that require very different treatments. Your physician can help you decide what’s most appropriate for your situation.

Erections are caused by the increase of blood flow to the penis. Silagra works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, so that blood can flow freely into it, but can’t flow back out again quickly. Silagra works differently for different people; sometimes it works as quickly as a half an hour, sometimes up to an hour. Physicians recommend that you should take your dose about an hour before you plan to have sex; though you should not take more than one dose every day.

Silagra should only be taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a doctor. It is intended for men only, and has not been approved for use by women or children. If you are taking nitrates, medicines that are used for angina, you should avoid taking Silagra or any medications for ED. If you aren’t sure whether Silagra is appropriate for you, make sure to talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you take it.

As with all medications, if you are taking Silagra, you should be aware of possible side effects. Some common side effects include headaches, flushing, heartburn or indigestion, stuffed up nose, changes in your vision—these can include seeing things with a blue tint, or general blurriness of your vision. Other possible side effects are diarrhea or urinary tract infections. Some side effects are much more rarely seen than the ones above; they include rashes on the face, sensitivity to light, shock, pain, chills, loss of balance, chest pain, and loss of energy or strength. Other rare but serious possible side effects are migraines, chest pains, increased heart rate, low blood pressure, colitis, dry mouth, gingivitis, heart failure, abnormal liver function, fainting due to a drop in your blood pressure, and the formation of blood clots. Again, these last side effects are rare, but they do underscore the need to be in the care of a doctor while you are taking Silagra.
