I have been using Kenalog for about 5 years now and won't use anything else. While yes I do occassionally experience some shortness of breath and I do have a big indentation in my right buttock where the shot is given to me every year it still beats anything else that I have taken.

I take Kenalog 3 times a year for my ezcema and it is a miracle for me and due to it's slow release helps keep me clear and itch free. Nothing works as well and I have tried everything and been to many dermaltoligists.

Works great for clearing up the psoriasis on my hands, BUT it left a dent on my rear buttock, where I had the injection. I'm hoping it eventually will go away. It also caused me to have irregular periods for a while.

I've had two shots within the last year or so. One on each side of my buttocks, after a while I noticed this big indent on my right buttuck. The last shot I got hurt terribly a lot worse than the first now that I know what it is from a web sit I found I'm not as worried but it is getting bigger and bigger. It hurts terribly and is discolored. No one ever told me these side effects and I would not recomend this drug to anyone. it has been at least six months maybe longer and is still getting larger and now has stretch marks around it.

Why do the doctors pre-warn the patients before hand of the side effects? This injection should be pulled off of the market. My daughter has severe allergies and the doctor gave her this so called kenalog injection and now she has an indentation the size of a quarter and she is only 12. The injection worked but with the price of having an indentaion that is like a sore with skin discoloration.

I had a single injection of Kenalog while on our honeymoon due to an allergic reaction to insect bites and now 6-7 months later I have a big indentation in my right buttock. Stay away from this medication if at all possible!

I noticed a big indentation on my left buttock about amonth ago and was wondering what caused it (cellutlite, weight loss/gain, etc) I recently stumbled onto information about Kenalog causing indentations and realized that my indentation spot is the same as the allergy shot injection shot I got about eight months ago. NOBODY told me about this possible side effect!!! It is not going away - shot helped with allergies yes, but it would ahve been good to know that it might cause a huge hole in my cheek from it!! I am so upset!!!
